Entry & Security

• Gates open at 9:00 AM

• Gates close at 5:00 PM

• Every guest must have a valid admission ticket.

• Gold and Silver Club Guests will receive wristbands.

• Bags must be smaller than 16″ × 16″ × 8″ and are subject to inspection.

• Guests under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

• No re-entry is permitted. Once you leave the show grounds, your ticket cannot be used again.

Stay Comfortable

• Hat
• Handheld/Battery Operated Fan
• Lawn chair or blanket (General Admission Area)
• Small personal umbrella for shade (General Admission Area)
• Comfortable walking shoes
• Hearing protection 
• One factory-sealed water bottle (up to 1 liter) per person
  • • You can refill your water bottle throughout the day at the water station located next to the terminal.

Family Services

• First Aid staffed by medical professionals from CoxHealth, is located through the west doors of the terminal. Follow the signs.
• Nursing mothers are welcome to use the private area inside the terminal through the First Aid entrance.
• If a child becomes separated from your group, please report immediately to Lost & Found in the terminal or notify the nearest security team member.
