• Reminder: No drop-offs or pick-ups due to traffic flow

• Gates open at 9:00 AM

• Gates close at 5:00 PM
• Every guest must have a valid admission ticket.
• Gold and Silver Club Guests will receive wristbands.
• Bags must be smaller than 16″ × 16″ × 8″ and are subject to inspection.
• Guests under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
• No re-entry is permitted. Once you leave the show grounds, your ticket cannot be used again.

Stay Comfortable

NEW: Expanded Water Allowance

With hot temperatures expected over Labor Day Weekend, we want to help everyone stay hydrated and enjoy the air show safely.

Each guest may now bring up to THREE (3) sealed, 20 oz. bottles of water into the air show.

Free water refills will also be available at the Water Buggy near the terminal, so please refill your bottles throughout the day.

We strongly encourage guests to arrive hydrated, drink water regularly, wear sunscreen and lightweight clothing, and bring a hat, personal fan and/or personal umbrella.

Family Services

• First Aid staffed by medical professionals from CoxHealth, is located through the west doors of the terminal. Follow the signs.
• Nursing mothers are welcome to use the private area inside the terminal through the First Aid entrance.
• If a child becomes separated from your group, please report immediately to Lost & Found by Gate A or notify the nearest security team member.
